Opposition to Prop 1 Bathroom Ordinance Grows – No Men in Women’s Bathrooms Gains Tremendous Support

Please take a minute to view the Channel 26 Fox Houston September 9th evening news report above on the Campaign for Houston’s effort to defeat the Bathroom Ordinance. Jared Woodfill, former chairman of the Harris County Republican Party, has been an outstanding spokesman in our efforts to defeat Proposition 1, the Bathroom Ordinance

Proposition 1, the Bathroom Ordinance, that has been proposed by the Houston City Council, would force businesses and public establishments in Houston to allow deviant men, who claim that they are ‘women,’ to use women’s and girls’ public bathrooms, shower facilities and locker rooms. This ordinance will be voted upon in the Houston City Elections on Tuesday, November 3, 2015.

There are four actions that you can take to help defeat Proposition 1, the Bathroom Ordinance, which are found at the end of this letter.

Vote NO on Proposition 1. “NO Men in Women’s Bathrooms. No Boys in Girls’ Showers or Locker Rooms.”

The Bathroom Ordinance allows the invasion of the privacy of women and girls, placing them in harm’s way.  There are 8,345 registered and convicted sexual predators in Harris County. This just scratches the surface of this dangerous problem. This ordinance has also been called the Sexual Predator Protection Act.

Perverted men could use this ordinance as a legal shield to invade the privacy of our women and girls when they are most vulnerable. It would allow boys to share shower and locker room facilities with girls in the schools here just as it has happened in California and in other states and cities where this law has been passed.

This ordinance is just absurd! There is no reason that men should be allowed to use women’s public bathrooms, showers or locker rooms just because they say that they ‘feel’ like a woman. Feelings do not change the facts. A man who says that he a “transgender female” is still a man, no matter what he thinks he is. You cannot change your genes, even if you remove your body parts. A man dressed as a woman is a man who is engaging in deviant activity.

In reality, this ordinance discriminates against women by forcing them potentially to be exposed to perverted men who want to invade their privacy and who may even be planning to harm them.

It seems prudent for society to maintain separate men and women bathroom, shower and locker room facilities in order to prevent women and girls from being placed in situations where their privacy could be invaded and where assaults could even occur.  Our focus should be on preventing assaults before they happen.

The proposed ordinance in Proposition 1 provides no mechanism for preventing male sexual predators and deviants from entering women’s public bathrooms, and girls’ showers and locker rooms in our public schools.

The real, unspoken purpose for proposing this ordinance is that the homosexual political movement (LGBT) want to use this Bathroom Ordinance to normalize deviant sexual behavior. It is obvious to any unbiased observer that the Bathroom Ordinance opens the door to deviant behavior and potential criminal activity.

The homosexual political movement (LGBT) and its allies on Houston City Council and in the media want you to believe that by supporting the ordinance you will be voting to pass an equal rights ordinance that protects the rights of women, racial minorities, the disabled, elderly and military personnel. Federal, state and local laws already protect these individuals from discrimination in employment, housing and access to public accommodations. Including these groups is really a smoke screen meant to hide the ordinance’s real purpose, which is to make “sexual orientation” and “gender identification” two new protected classes.

This ordinance is not about discrimination. It’s about the intention of the homosexual political movement (LGBT) to force individuals, churches, schools, and businesses to accept, affirm and celebrate those individuals who choose to practice a homosexual lifestyle.

View the 28 minute documentary “What Same Sex Marriage Has Done to Massachusetts” to learn about what happens when the homosexual political movement (LGBT) takes control of politics,

It is just preposterous to grant minority status to individuals based upon their own chosen sexual behavior. A moral wrong does not make a civil right.  Homosexuality is a lifestyle choice. Making that choice does not entitle homosexuals or the so-called ‘transgenders’ to minority status. To do so would be an insult to racial and other legitimate minorities.

Once minority status is granted to any group of individuals, then businesses will be required to have quotas in hiring, hold diversity training meetings, allow men to use women’s public bathrooms, showers and dressing facilities, and perform services that may violate their religious beliefs. Criminal penalties and fines would be issued by the city government to business owners who refuse to comply with the new social-engineering mandates of the city government’s new commission. The lawyers will have a field day filing law suits against businesses for purported discrimination. Do you remember the bakers in Oregon who were fined $135,000 and subsequently had to close their business?

The Bathroom Ordinance also limits our Constitutional freedom of speech and religious liberties in unprecedented ways, so as not to “offend” these two new protected minority groups, both of which are defined by their behaviors, not by characteristics they had at birth.

There should be NO special privileges for special interests! What about the rest of us?

We must soundly defeat Proposition 1, the Bathroom Ordinance and stop the homosexual political movement’s (LGBT) plan to create sexual and moral anarchy in our society.

Vote NO on Proposition 1. “NO Men in Women’s Bathrooms. NO Boys in Girls’ Showers or Locker Rooms.”

Trump Wins! Harris County Republicans Suffer Biggest Loss in History of the HCRP

Last night’s presidential results were historic. For the first time in decades, Republicans will have a uniquely consolidated power base, controlling the White House, Senate, and House, as well as a majority of governorships. As a result, we should be able to appoint conservative justices, eliminate Obamacare, get rid of the Johnson Amendment (which censures the church), cut the national debt, open up the energy markets, protect religious liberties, and so much more. As my friends at AFA stated, “We were about to go over the cliff. The knockout punch was about to be delivered to the America that our Founding Fathers handed to us.

Now It Is Your Time And Your Turn!

Now it is your time! Do you ever see destructive things going on around you and wish you had the ability and opportunity to stop them? Like when you hear the occurrence of some tragedy, do you ever wish that you could have been in the right place at the right time, to prevent it?

On Tuesday, November 3rd, you have an opportunity to do just that. If you live in the city of Houston, you will have the opportunity to vote NO to Proposition One, the “bathroom” or H.E.R.O. ordinance.

Contrary to the proponents of this ordinance, it has nothing to do with equal rights (which are already protected under federal and state law), but everything to do with promotion of sexual deviance in our society, in an effort for us to accept yet one more assault on our common sense and decency.

If you were to order pizza for dinner tonight, but the phone attendant taking your pizza order asked you if you wanted dark meat or white meat, or crispy or regular skin, what would you think? Perhaps you had dialed the wrong number?

You might feel similarly by reading the Republican Party platform and comparing it to the words and actions of so-called “Republicans”, from Harris County to Washington D.C.

Let’s take the City of Houston mayor’s race. We have two “Republican” candidates, Stephen Costello and Bill King.

Support Lance Berkman Vote “No” on Proposition 1 Bathroom Ordinance

Six time Major League Baseball All Star, Lance Berkman, recently took a bold principled stand in opposition to Houston Proposition 1 – The Bathroom Ordinance. The liberal left and LGBT community are attacking Lance Berkman for having the courage to stand on his principles. He needs our support.

Lance Berkman is getting bashed in the sports media because he exerted his First Amendment Right of Freedom of Speech by recording a radio commercial, opposing Houston’s Proposition 1, the Bathroom Ordinance. His commercial began airing this past Thursday. The Bathroom Ordinance would allow troubled men, who claim to be women, to enter women’s bathrooms, showers and locker rooms.

Houston City Council Is Legislating Immorality To Allow Boys Into The Girls Bathrooms and Showers

For many years we have all heard from both the Right leaning Democrats and the Left leaning Republicans that we cannot “legislate morality”. While for now I will not address the stupidity of this I would like to make a few points for you to ponder.

The City of Houston is trying to legislate morality, but in there their Godless hearts they will fist attempt to re-define “morality” before they legislate it so that it to include the sexually confused and the sexually perverted.

When you go to vote during early voting and on November third, and hopefully you will vote, the first thing you will see is Proposition one, also known as the HERO or “bathroom” ordnance.
